Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Spartan Fitness. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, providing excellent customer service, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, and assisting with marketing and promotions. The Assistant Manager will also support the implementation of policies and procedures to create a safe and welcoming environment for members.
Qualifications
- Experience in the fitness industry and/or facility management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, training techniques, and class programming
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fitness software
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Relevant certifications such as Personal Training or Group Fitness Instruction are a plus
