We are looking for an experienced supervisor for property/building maintenance with proven track records in the same field. The candidates must be able to drive.
Our requirement includes the following;
Education: Preliminary education & basic computer skills
Years of experience: 5 to 10 years experience in the building maintenance
Behavioral competencies:
• Maintain a friendly and positive can do attitude at all times
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with clients
Technical competencies: Advanced Knowledge in plumbing, electrical and other building maintenance works & valid driving license (essential)
Preferred language: English and Hindi should be essential and Arabic is an added advantage
